Shipping policy
Delivery addresses
We prefer delivery to a physical street address. Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.
We generally avoid shipping to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and parcel collection points. If you provide one of these addresses, additional shipping costs may apply. We will contact you before dispatch to discuss the available delivery options and any additional charges.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on eligible orders:
- QLD, NSW and VIC: orders over $300
- TAS, NT, SA and WA: orders over $500
Our website cannot always calculate the actual freight cost for every postcode at checkout. Additional freight charges may apply, including to orders that qualify for free shipping.
If the actual freight cost exceeds the amount charged at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch to advise you of any additional charge. If you do not wish to pay the additional charge, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Metropolitan areas: 1–3 working days
- Regional and remote areas: 3–13 days
Orders are delivered by courier companies such as CouriersPlease, StarTrack and TNT Express.
Tracking and invoices
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a sales receipt or invoice.
